St Kew Inn In BloomSt Kew Inn is a beautiful 15th century village pub located in St Kew Churchtown, near Bodmin and Wadebridge, in North Cornwall.  The oldest part of this wonderful building housed the masons and craftsmen who constructed the nearby church of St James the Great. These builders would have set up their own brewery, and around the mid 1500’s when they left, the premises would have become an Inn.  This was eventually bought by Walter Hicks and Co, the now owners of St Austell Brewery.

The welcoming bar, with its glorious blazing fire in the winter, still serves real ale from wooden barrels behind the bar, and has a wide range of wines by the glass and an extensive list of spirits with a good number of Malt Whiskies. There is even a resident ghost that frequents the bar on a regular basis!

St Kew Inn, North CornwallA lot of work has been done to improve the garden, which is the largest by far in the local area, and it now has its own brand new kitchen, and massive garden umbrella, and will be serving superb food on balmy summer nights.

We can be found just off the A39, between Wadebridge and Camelford, by following the signs to St Kew, and we look forward to seeing you at  our very special pub.

We hope you will enjoy browsing around our website, but please ring us on 01208 841 259 if you would like any more information or would like to book a table.
